Join the RESTORE Clinical Study and learn about Revi,
a new option for those living with urgent bladder leaks.
Types of bladder leaks
Bladder leaking, also called urinary incontinence, affects a quarter to a third of Americans.1 There are several different kinds of bladder leaks.
The following are three common types:
- Urge Urinary Incontinence (UUI): Also known as urgent bladder leaks, it's that "gotta go" feeling you can't ignore followed by leaking.
- Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI): Involuntary leaks due to physical activities such as a cough, laugh, or sneeze that increase pressure on your bladder.
- Mixed incontinence: You experience more than one type of leaking, most often it's a combination of urge and stress incontinence.
Revi is designed for men and women with urge urinary incontinence.
About Revi
What causes urgent bladder leaking?
When the bladder system is working properly, nerves sense that the bladder is getting full, telling you it’s time to urinate. However, in people who have urgent bladder leaks, these sensing nerves may be overactive, giving you that “gotta go” feeling. Your bladder muscles follow by contracting too early, causing the bladder to empty before it should.
Revi for home-use treatment
Revi is a new option for those living with urgent bladder leaks. It includes a miniature device that is implanted near the ankle to send signals up through the nerves to the bladder to help manage symptoms. It’s placed by a trained physician in a single, outpatient procedure under local anesthesia. Treatments are conducted by you in the privacy of your own home.
Revi is offered at select centers in the US through the RESTORE Clinical Study. If you qualify and choose to join the study, you will receive the Revi System and all study-related care at no cost.
